Is there anyone who does not like to stare at the moon in all its wonder?  Well, my wife, Crystal, is pretty much obsessed with the moon.  On the way home last night in separate vehicles, I get a phone call from Crystal asking me if I have seen the moon; I told her no, and she said I had to see it because it was beautiful.  I started looking for the moon while talking on the phone and driving on I-40; not so safe, huh?  Finally, I saw the moon, and it was really pretty, and it looked huge; I can honestly say in all my 48 years, I have never seen the moon that big.  What can I say?  I was in awe of God’s creation.  I got home and started checking social media outlets to try and find out why the moon looked so big, and I came up with nothing; not even one Facebook friend said one thing about the moon or posted one picture of it.  I do not know; I just wanted an explanation and could not get one.  Even today I have not seen anything on social media about why the moon looked so big last night.  I suppose the blood wolf moon lunar eclipse had something to do with the moon taking up the whole sky, and I had just happened to miss the eclipse.  The bad thing is that I was awake, but I forgot to wake Crystal up to see the eclipse, and she was none too happy with me.  I felt bad for not waking her up because she loves things like that; I do too but not at midnight.  I am glad Crystal enjoys taking pictures of the moon and whatnot; it just shows her intelligence and an inquiring mind.  I know I am smarter just from being around her.  Thank you God for my wonderful wife, and all of her idiosyncrasies and little quirks that I find adorable.  Thank you for giving us the moon to keep us entertained at night, and most of all, thank you for Jesus!
